Use of HR integration with OTL

Hello,

What would be the use of integrating OTL with HR (using Human Resources application set in OTL setups)?

As we understand purpose of using Payroll/Projects/Purchasing applications in OTL, but HR application usage in OTL is still unknown to me. Can anyone please throw some light on this? Much appreciated.
