What module is the Contract Workbench in and can you give me more information about it

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

I have been asked to find out more about the Oracle Contract Workbench as our Service Delivery are interested in starting to use it. Is in it EBS, what area does it come under, what module. Can you send me further information about this and how we would implement it if we needed to. We are currently using oracle 12.1.3
