Oracle E-Biz Concurrent Programs some times running Slow

Hi,

We are having our Oracle E-Bix 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.4 on OS Oracle Linux 7.1 in IBM Purflex Server with VM Virtulisations. Sometimes Concurrent Programs are running slow. How to troubleshoot and find the root cause .


Please advise if we have the below number oif concurrent request will it slow down.Or how to find if forms sessions are open more than limit or what needs to be checked.

 

SQL> select count(*) from FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS;


 COUNT(*)

----------

  1966314
