Designer Pane

I have created a designer pane with watchlists on them. What I am wondering is can we set a time limit for these to refresh? I know we have the little refresh button on the actual watchlist but we have a lot of them and it's tedious to go through each one and refresh or update them. For example, I've been in our DV environment for about 30 minutes and last time they refreshed was 25.5 minutes ago. We would like to have them refresh automatically every 5 minutes.
