Announcement for EBS US Benefits Customers: 2020 Affordable Care Act Phase III Patch Released!

The following 2020 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase III patches have been released and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

Patch Numbers:

12.1 - Patch 32575269:R12.BEN.B

12.2 - Patch 32575269:R12.BEN.C

Prerequisites:

To apply Patch 32575269:R12.BEN.B, Release 12.1 customers should be on Release 12.1.3 HRMS RUP11 (Patch 25026041) or later.

To apply Patch 32575269:R12.BEN.C, Release 12.2 customer should be on Release 12.2 HRMS RUP11 (Patch 24007222) or later.

Delivery Details:

The 2020 ACA Phase III patch includes the following changes:

-- New Organization Extra Information Type “ACA States TCC Information”.

-- Updates to the Benefits ACA State Transmission Generation Process to meet the California electronic filing requirements.
