Slow Version save in DRM 11.2.4

We notice considerable increase in version save time in New DRM Dev 11.2.4 vs current DRM Prod 11.1.2.4environment.

For example:

  1. To save Customer version it takes about 16 min in Prod while it took about 40 min in Dev.
  2. To save Pln_Compare_ver version it takes about 4 min in Prod while it took about 10 min in Dev.

Has anyone experienced major performance issues between 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.4?
