After applied 30800919 Java is not opening

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

After applied 30800919 (EDGECHRCERT:EDGE (CHROMIUM) SUPPORT IN BROWSERDETECTOR) patch, I am able to logging but when i click on any Java form then it's does not open it.


I have compiled by adadmin:

1) Generate product JAR files

2)  Reload JAR files to database


But still no luck
