FSA Per Pay Period Cost Issue after Applying PUM 37

We are testing Open Enrollment (Fluid) in PUM 37, Tools 8.57.20. The Per Pay Period Cost for 6X plans is showing the Annual Pledge Amount for all employees.

The worksheet for FSA plans BNE_PLAN_WKSHT_FL also looks as though there is only one payroll in the plan year, even though I have verified our Pay Calendar has been set up for all of CY 2022. So it is taking Pledge Amount and dividing 1 pay period.

I see there was a doc id 2698248.1 for an issue where the symptom was the same, but only when Ben Rcd <> Empl Rcd and that is included in PUM 37.
