Hi Oracle support team,

Within these two weeks, i experienced login error in HFM workspace. the system is unable to load the application with low responding time. At the same time, i was also facing issue when brought down Financial Management Java Server. Although the service is being stopped, the error is showing that this service is not allowed to down and some jobs are still running at backend. I had to wait for an hour or even longer time to completely bring down the Java Server. Besides of start/ stop services, would u be able to suggest other alternatives?
