Issues upgrading from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2 for reports?

The issue as I understand it relates to formulas that reference column (letters) or row (numbers) that don’t automatically adjust when columns or rows prior to the ones used in the formula are inserted or deleted. Is this faced by others as well?
