VKTM detected a time drift problem

Hi team,

Last week, we had an issue with the 12.1.0.2.0 database (Win server 2012R2). We were not able to connect. We solved the problem by restarting the instance service.

By examining the alert log, I saw this warning as the last event Oracle has traced:

Thu Apr 01 04:04:14 2021

Warning: VKTM detected a time drift.

Time drifts can result in an unexpected behavior such as time-outs. Please check trace file for more details.

And trace file show this :

kstmchkdrift (kstmhighrestimecntkeeper:lowres): Stall, backward drift ended at 1616261048 drift: 2

Howdy, Stranger!
