ACME 3900 8.3 m1p11 lost connection via management IP

Hi


I have 3900 HA pair, once the SBC failed over i lost connection to the Active SBC via SFTP ssh and GUI, it is pingable, when i checked this morning i have now now connection to the Active or Standby SBC, and it looks like we would need to reboot the pair for access, this is the second time we have this issue, anyone else experience a similar issue?
