correct WLS patch version

Hello,

Customer is trying to fix the WLS and OBI (OAS) SSL ceriticate issue with the following patch

===============================

Date:  Tue Dec 19 00:15:34 2017

Platform Patch for : Generic
Product Patched : ORACLE WEBLOGIC SERVER
Product Version      : 12.2.1.0.0

The thing is that they use WLS 12.2.1.4 not 12.2.1.0.0 as mentioned in the patch.

There is no upgraded patch for WLS 12.2.1.4 but it looks that the patch should fix the problem with SSL, so the question is if they could use the patch above for WLS 12.2.1.4?
