JDE 9.2 P4210 Round quantity down to whole UOM based on availability

Hi there,

We have a business need for a customer to only receive goods in whole Layers.

Take the following as examples for where we have 10 CA (Case) = 1 LY (Layer)

Example 1. Customer Orders 10 CA and our inventory only has 9 CA available so we would want to cancel the whole line.

Example 2. Customer Orders 20 CA and our inventory only has 12 available so we would want to have a shippable line for 10 and a cancelled line for the other 10.
