PUM 39 Travel Authorization Fluid Approvals continues to have issues

We have been testing the PUM 39 (PT 8.57) and have discovered that for Travel Authorizations, fluid approvals are still highly problematic. I have discovered that it doesn't recognize "review" over approve and will require budget checking but doesn't open budget checking for the reviewer. Can't continue with fluid approvals for reviewer.

Also found that if you click on approval chain - you can add ad hoc approvers and start a new path, from the approval chain. This is only found with Travel Authorizations in fluid approval. Attached are screen shots from my tests.
