Getting Schema using Get Webservice call

I am trying to pull the current build of a BP through web services without having to call get BP record and pass a project number and record_no. I have looked through the integration documentation and I cant find a REST call will pull the bp integration structure. Anyone have an idea how I can get this information through webservices?
