FSA Elections for Life Event

Hi,

Has anyone had success configuring the FSA elections to work properly with life events? I am currently in the process of initial testing the life events in fluid and am running into issues. I currently set the event we are testing for Birth to allow for the FSA amount to be increased and the electable options is for all plans.

Our plan currently allows for increases and initial elections due to birth of a child. When I try to enter an FSA election for an employee that is not currently enrolled in the plan, the system will not allow the election the only option is the current election of waive.
