Running R12.1.3 11.2.0.4db JDK7 on 64bit SLES 11.

Upgrading Operating system from 64bit SLES 11 to 64bit SLES 12.

Per Note 761566.1 - Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes R12.1.1 for Linux x86-64 Mar 2021:

Per Pg 13 (761566.1) OS Library Patch for Oracle HTTP Server OS Library Patch for Oracle HTTP Server (on Oracle Linux 5, RHEL 5, Oracle Linux 6, RHEL 6, Oracle Linux 7,RHEL 7 and SLES 12 only) : Download and apply the Patch 6078836 from My Oracle Support to fix an issue with the Oracle HTTP Server (missinglibdb.so.2) bundled with the E-Business Suite technology stack. Note that this patch (which includes a required operating system library) must be applied before installing Oracle E-BusinessSuite.
