Will Oracle be making any changes for the "American Rescue Plan Act" - COBRA Subsidy?

Back in March, President Biden signed the "American Rescue Plan (ARP)" act. Included in that act is a COBRA subsidy where employers will be required to subsidize the full COBRA costs for all involuntarily separated employees. Is Oracle looking at this and are there changes Oracle will be making?
