How to map the Promotional Modifier for Incremental quantity

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC)

Hi,

We have a requirement for an Customer Order the up to 182 quantity there is no free quantity of an item , but after 182 additionally 14 quantity i.e 196 quantity customer gets 1 quantity free same wise Customer order more than 182 additionally includes for every 14 quantity gets 1 quantity free.

for example 210(182+14+14) customer gets 2 quantity free and 224(182+14+14=14) gets 3 quantity free.

Please help me for how to incorporate this in system and share  relevant documents if any one have.
