dynamic password with Secured access to oracle database users

Hi Team,

we have requirement from business that whenever oracle database user try to login with sqlplus with his own username , then password should be dynamic one. like Okta Secure pin . Is it possible in Oracle database?

Can we implement this solution.? Or is there any separate application integrations for secure access for Oracle database users who will provide dynamic password change .
