How can make an account balance is "Zero" in the new year ?

We have an account with a balance in "2020 Year" we need to make it "zero" balance for the next year "2021 year"

an example :-

If We have this account (2223341) and the balance for it in "31-12-2020" is (100000 SAR), and the balance in this month "JAN-2021" is (5000 SAR),

when inquiry for the balance with Y2D in the system will show these balances :-

1- If the Inquiry in (DEC-2020) will show (100000 SAR).

2- If The inquiry in (DEC-2021) will show (5000 SAR) only not (105000 SAR).
