Unable to download PSU 3213261 for Grid Infrastructure

My Oracle Support Account has Download Access setting for Software. And the search results for the Patch Set number 3213261 shows the Download Access as Extended Support.

Because the values for above two settings are not matching, Download button disabled.

How can we download the Patch Set
