ORDS installation without Apex-Schema and ORDS_PUBLIC_USER

Hi all,

I want to use minimal installation of ORDS, in order to use RESTServices. Therefore, I want to avoid Apex-Schema and ORDS_PUBLIC_USER. Is that possible? If yes, is there any introduction available regarding this use case?
