Affirmative Action federal contractor notice letter to suppliers (vendors)

We are in the process of sending out Affirmative Action (federal contractor) notices to all of our vendors. Is there somewhere on the address book that is designated specifically for this? We want to be able to use a Cat code or something like that so if we need to build a report showing which vendors were sent the notice, we can do that. Do you have any suggestions?
