500 error here means its giving issue while connecting to Siebel Server/Componenets


~/app/gtwy/applicationcontainer/bin

500 error here means , external system is not able to hit Siebel gateway services....


~/app/ai/applicationcontainer/bin

What does 500 error here means?

Alos how to debug in this case?

Is this Siebel component issue or Siebel Server issue?
