Oracle Patch and version support
Hi,
As per Oracle support information (refer below) is that 11.2.x does not get any security updates or technical support or any support whatsover and 12.1.x and 12.2.x are in extended and premier support respectively - but these support needs to be purchased?
b) For 12.1.x and 12.2.x, how to check if my customer does have the extended support?
