EBS 12.2 upgrade creating the Stage Area

I have EBS 12.1.3 on 12.1.0.2 database to upgrade to EBS 12.2.

I was setting up the Stage Area. I didn't want to install the PROD or VISION instances so I didn't download the zip files of PROD and VISION.

After I ran buildStage.sh, I got an error on EBSInstallMedia/AppDB.

Verifying stage area...

Directory /u01/StageR122/TechInstallMedia is valid.

Directory /u01/StageR122/TechPatches/DB is valid.

Directory /u01/StageR122/TechPatches/MiddleTier is valid.

sh: cd: /u01/StageR122/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/bin/../../../../EBSInstallMedia/AppDB: [No such file or directory]

Directory /u01/StageR122/TechPatches is valid.

Directory /u01/StageR122/EBSInstallMedia/Apps is valid.
