Tax audit Trail Report New Parameters Usage and Purpose

In Tax audit trail report we see two new additional parameter fields (Include Self Assessed Tax Amount, Include Referenced Source) introduced in R12.2.9 version. We would like to know the purpose and usage of those two new parameter fields and impact on report output.

I have searched on oracle support Knowledge base and raised SR but didn't find relevant documents which explains purpose of this (Include Self Assessed Tax Amount, Include Referenced Source) new parameter fields in report.

Can someone help me to share information are explain in detail.
