Jsp files not getting deployed in Oracle weblogic 12c server

JSP files directory are referenced in the weblogic.xml but jsp end points are not getting exposed while deploying the .ear file which is leading into Page not found exception. How do we check the Oracle deployment logs and see where the actual issues happening?
