What can we do to stop the system from sending these emails?

Hi All,

Users are receiving these emails with subject of - File Archiving generated Duplicate Files when they run a Some UBE job. It does not occur all the time.

e.g

How to stop these above system mail sending to the user. any solution to append that file name.

Please provide me solution on that.
