ESS - PDF Paycheck - Missing From User

9.2 / Tools 8.57 / PUM 24

We have one user that does not see/have a pdf paycheck available under the Payroll tile in ESS. The user has a pdf paycheck on the Payroll/Review SS Paycheck page.

The user does see a html version of the paycheck. This is the only user we are aware of with this issue. If I test as another user with the exact same security, that user see's the ESS pdf paycheck.

As anyone experience anything like this?
