OEM 13.4 general frustration... OHS server showing down.

We recently upgraded to OEM 13.4 and I feel like we're beta testing a product. There are SO many issues that I'm working that I almost have no time for my actual responsibilities...

For example:

We have a OAM Weblogic Domain which consists of 2 servers, clustered, running OAM. Included in the Domain is a pair of OHS servers.

This morning I restarted the AdminServer in the OAM Weblogic domain and now OEM thinks 1 of the OHS servers is down. It's not. Restarting the agent on the OHS server and clearstate agent made no difference. Restarting the OHS server makes no difference.
