How do you receive a line item that is set up with multiple awards?

We are trying to receive a line item fully that has a Project & Task and multiple award distribution. Each award is set up as a percentage of the quantity and it makes receiving very difficult for the end user.

If end user want to receive a qty of 10 out of 10, they must break down the quantity by percentage instead of the system doing the calculation.
