Purge errors after SOA BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.210102

Hello,

i've installed the Patch 32337168: SOA BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.210102 in a fresh domain and i'm getting invalid objects relating PURGE/AUTOPURGE feature.

I've executed Section 6: Post-Installation Instructions of the patch and i'm still getting the purge errors.

When i execute the scripts mencioned in the section 6, it throws many errors but the first is :
