Missing Item Ledgers Records vs GL

We have a series of work order scrap transactions that were recorded where the entries made it to the GL, but not o the item ledger.

We have the IS doc types entries in F0911, but in F4111.

This happened because we tried to secure users from making WO scrap entries. We secured them from making IS item ledger entries but we did not secure the Scrap field in the WO completions program P41114, So that meant the users could record a scrap quantity and then R31802A would send the scrap transaction to the GL.

I need to knw the best way to synchronize the Item Ledger F4111 to the GL F0911 for the scrap transactions.
