Migration of ORACLE DB 11.2.0.4 Enterprise edition to same version Standard edition

After doing the above activity we got the below error...



ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "PERFSTAT"."SNAPSHOT_JOB" ORA-04063: package body "PERFSTAT.STATSPACK" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "PERFSTAT.STATSPACK"


Please help us with fix...
