Medicare Eligibility

Medicare Law states that anyone who turns 65 is eligible for Medicare on the first of the month that they turn 65. Therefore, someone who will be 65 on July 20 will be eligible for Medicare on July 1. Event Rules do not have first of current month as an option.

There is a field on the Eligibility Rules for Medicare. How does that tie into the employee's record to determine that they are eligible for Medicare?

Since this is a federal law and not a "company" rule, does Ben Admin have a delivered method of handling this eligibility?
