TEAMS CALL FAILURE!! STATUS=481

Hi


I am setting up teams direct routing on AP 3900 - when i make a call from teams client via the SBC, the called user answers the call but there is no audio and the call is terminated with 481 transaction does not exist, any ideas on what this could be?
