TFA is not configured properly. Please reinstall again

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have installed TFA as Oracle (non-root) user with details below, and when I am trying to collect ORA7445, it asks me to reinstall again. I have tried again, however, same issue. Can you please help?
