Outsourcing Benefits Administration anyone?

Are there any PeopleSoft customers that have moved away from PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and have outsourced Benefits Administration? Payroll deductions become General Deductions instead of Benefits Deductions. Seems like Life Events would not be able to update anything besides benefits. Any thoughts or input on this topic?
