How to renew Database Usage Tracking Summary Report in EM 13c4

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC)

I have configured Database Usage Tracking Summary Report.

But this report does not reflect the changes that occur with the databases (deleting and creating new databases, updating databases, adding features, etc.) How can I force this report to be updated?
