oracle vm guest network speed is 100m while my router speed 1g

Good morning, in our client ENAER, we have an environment with Oracle VM 3.4.6 The Hosts (OVM1 and OVM2) their network speed is 1 Gbps, but we have a VM Guest with Linux RedHat 5.11 whose network interface is at 100 Mbps, but we cannot upload it to 1 Gbps. The switch's LAN ports are at 1 Gbps. What can we do to increase the speed of the VM Guest interfaces from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps?
