Can anyone please share what is the project of Oracle Shipping (R12.2.4) integration with 3rd Party TMS for best cheaper carrier rates entails? what is end to end process? How the Oracle Pick Pack Deliveries should be interfaced to TMS and TMS updates back to Oracle Shipping EBS?

Using Web Services exposing the standard Oracle Pick Pack deliveries comprehensive details via a view to TMS via integration tools? if any use case anyone can share it will be great help? What are all the factors to be considered?
