Does OEM 13c support AWS RDS with all features?

I am trying to setup OEM 13c (13.5) on RHEL 7 for AWS RDS Oracle 12.2.0.1. Does it support with all OEM features for monitoring? Any limitation for RDS? Are there any Oracle document for RDS?
