Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Payroll Analyzer - RUP14 is applied but says RUP13 is not applied

We have applied the higher version of the patch RUP14. But the Analyser says RUP13 is not applied.

Are we supposed to apply RUP13 first and then apply RUP14 ?

Or is this a bug with the Payroll Analyzer ?
