Some employees are unable to view payslips on ESS - new user account solves issue
Oracle EBS R12.2 - Employee Self Service:
Some employees are unable to view their payslips on Employee Self-Service, but only from a certain point forward.
Once a new user account with same details as previous account is created, the employee can view all payslips again.
- What could the initial issue be that the employee cannot see all the payslips?
- Why does the new user account solve the issue?
