How to delete shared UDO in EnterpriseOne pathcode

I recently promoted a UDO project in path code. When i tried to Approve|Share the objects of that project through P98220U, it is giving error that duplicate record exists.

I want to delete already shared record so i can approve/share my new record.

How to delete that record from pathcode?

I some where found that We need to find application name, version and form name and then we have to filter it out , there will 2 records and we should already shared one,

but where to find this application name, version and form name?
