in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

HI All,

In a particular ENQUIRY type Responsibility ( Example : xx...PO Inquiry )

Purchase order summary form is provided and as per the std. feature, it has NEW button .

How we can disable NEW button from PO Summary form.
