Supplier Contract Management and Adobe Sign

We implemented Supplier Contract Management along with Adobe Sign to gather signatures. We are using the functionality of importing documents as a way to get contracts from an external source into PeopleSoft. PeopleSoft imports the contract as a PDF. Sometimes these contracts have a place, in the document, where the external source would like signatures to be placed. When using the Prepare and Route for e-Signature feature, the signer receives a PDF document requesting their signature with an inserted signature block at the end of the document.
